This blog is a great opportunity to share the knowledge and experience I have gained over the last 20+ years as a Internist. To help provide you, and anyone who is interested, with useful and timely health tips, I have created a series called ‘Hump Day Health Tips.’ I chose Wednesday, or Hump Day, because it’s the middle of the week where everyone is looking for that little extra kick to get them to the weekend. These health tips are designed to be simple ideas to give you an idea of some of the things I have encountered while helping my patients.
